Requirements

Our Performer will require a chair and a standard electrical outlet close by. We kindly ask that the children refrain from eating or drinking while our Performer is entertaining your guests.

Where can I host my party?

The location of your celebration is entirely up to you. Fantasy Fables Princess Ballroom is the perfect place to host your party. Fantasy Fables is flexible to meet your needs. You may choose to host your party in your own home, at a community centre, or other indoor suitable location. Fantasy Fables princesses may only be booked for indoor parties.

Summer Parties

We realize that in the beautiful summer months, you may wish to host your party outdoors, however, it is our very strict policy that our princesses can only perform indoors. We suggest that you have the majority of your party outdoors, and bring your guests inside for the princess entertainment, due to the elaborate costumes and the performer’s comfort.

How much room do I need?

Our performers need enough room for your guests to sit on the floor comfortably in a circle. We recommend an average size family room with the coffee table moved out of the way. During the routine, your guests will be dancing, playing games, and seated for story time and Princess performance.

What time and dates are you available?

We maintain a flexible schedule and try to accommodate all requests, however, most of our bookings are held on weekends between 10 am – 5 pm.  A small additional fee is applicable for evening parties after 5pm and weekday parties. Please contact Fantasy Fables for further information.

What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?

We are more than willing to reschedule your party in advance if you can please give us as much notice as possible. There is a $50 rescheduling fee (in addition to your regular fee) if you need to reschedule and your notice is less than 14 days before your party date.

How many guests can I invite?

Our party routines work best for under 20 children in attendance, however, if your guests in attendance are higher, we will gladly amend our party routine to accommodate all guests. There is no additional fee.

What happens if my guests arrive late?

We have booked your party in our Performer’s schedule, and therefore cannot be delayed as they have a schedule to keep. If some of your guests are late, we recommend that they join in the party upon arrival.

Parking

If you can please leave a space for the Performer to park in your driveway or as close to the entrance as possible, it would be appreciated. Please keep in mind the Performer has several items to carry into your party.

Your Party

We ask our customers to please provide a smoke-free, indoor environment for our Performers. Most of our Performers are not able to perform outdoors due to the care of their costumes. If your party is outdoors, we ask that you hold the entertainment portion of your party indoors.

Payment

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your payment details will be discussed in person with our booking agent at the time of of your booking. An email can also be sent to you confirming the details by request.

Cancellation Clause

Once your deposit has been received, it is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel and not reschedule your party and it is less than 14 days before your booked date, you will lose your full deposit. We appreciate your understanding as we have made this our priority to specially reserve your requested Princess/Performer for your date and time.

Reschedule Clause

Once your deposit has been received, it is non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule your party and it is less than 14 days before your booked date, there is an additional $50 rescheduling fee (to book a new date). We appreciate your understanding as we have made this our priority to specially reserve your requested Princess/Performer for your date and time.

*All Bookings become firm 30 days in advance, as performers can request time off 30 days in advance. We therefore recommend waiting to send out party invitations until your booked date is within 30 days.

Disclaimer

In the event of bad weather/illness/events beyond our control, Fantasy Fables reserves the right to reschedule your party. In extreme circumstances, where our princess cannot get to your party (on the day of your scheduled event), we pride ourselves in providing the most excellent customer service and will provide your daughter with a complimentary princess party for a mutually agreed upon future date, and fully refund any deposit that has been made.

Liability

The customer agrees to hold and keep harmless Fantasy Fables Inc. and Princess Wishes, it’s Agents and Performers from any and all property damages and bodily injured damage caused by the customer’s guests or other persons attending the party. We do use hypo-allergenic make-up products on the children, and separate Q-tips for each child’s application, but in the event that a child is allergic to the make-up, we are not held responsible. We will gladly provide or tattoos in lieu of make-up at the customer’s request upon booking.

The customer agrees that Fantasy Fables Inc. is not responsible for severe inclement weather or acts of God that may cause the cancellation of our Performer attending your party.

DUE TO HIGH DEMAND: We recommend you book your party at least 30-60 days in advance of your chosen date. We do bookings up to 120 days in advance.
